As a Contract Coordinator based in Luton you’ll be responsible for:

  • Liaising with our clients, supporting them with any queries they may have
  • Supporting with clients repairs, invoices and quotes
  • Managing sales orders, liaising with engineers and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times
  • Ensuring the system is updated regularly and all information is logged correctly

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00m – 5.00pm.

  • Previous customer service experience with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • To be able to work well in a team environment
  • To be able to demonstrate a proactive attitude
  • To be comfortable communicating with customers over the phone and engineers in branch
  • Previous administration experience is desirable
