Salary: Competitive salary + Bonus.

Responsibilities
- Drive day‑to‑day sales performance and deliver all branch KPIs across our Climate product range
- Grow new business opportunities and maximise sales while maintaining strong cost awareness
- Provide outstanding customer service and act as a trusted technical expert for Climate solutions
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams to support wider business development
- Ensure high standards of safety, quality and operational excellence within the branch
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

- Proven sales experience with solid knowledge of Climate products and solutions
- Proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to balance sales targets and operational needs
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both customers and internal teams
