As a Sales Assistant based in Norton Canes (Cannock) you’ll be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers
- Making outbound calls to customers and suppliers
- Producing accurate quotes against customer requirements
- Processing orders against specific customer requirements
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- Previous industry or related experience would be ideal
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Good IT skills, MS Office and a CRM
- Confidence interacting with customers and suppliers to build effective relationships via telephone, email and in person
