As a Sales Advisor based in Cannock, you’ll be responsible for:
- Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
- General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 08.00am - 5.00pm and one in three Saturdays, 08:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.
Plumbing and heating industry or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential as comprehensive training will be provided. Retail sales and customer service experience.
