Permanent, full‑time – 40 hours per week (Mon‑Fri 07:00–17:00, Sat on rota 08:00–12:00)
Responsibilities
- Drive a 3.5‑t van to carry out multi‑drop deliveries within the local area, handling heavy stock such as boilers, radiators, sinks and toilets.
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, acting as a positive ambassador of the brand.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements, conduct a daily vehicle, equipment and load check, and report any defects.
- Assist in the warehouse when not driving – unloading incoming stock, picking & packing orders, performing stock checks and general tidying.
- Provide product advice and recommendations to customers on the trade counter, understanding their specific needs.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence (required).
- Prior multi‑drop experience driving a 3.5‑t van (required).
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team‑player attitude, willing to assist in all areas to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude and strong work ethic.
