As a Branch Supervisor based in Coventry (CV1 4DW), youβll be responsible for:
- Supporting the Branch Manager with the daily operations and overall running of the branch.
- Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, handling enquiries efficiently and processing sales.
- Taking a proactive approach to identify and drive opportunities for branch growth.
- Leading the team and motivating them to meet and exceed all branch KPIs and performance targets.
- Collaborating effectively with customers and the wider Wolseley network to uncover and act on business development opportunities.
This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week, hours will vary Monday β Friday between 7am β 5pm along with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am β 12pm.
