As a Branch Supervisor based in Coventry (CV1 4DW), you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Branch Manager with the daily operations and overall running of the branch.
  • Building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, handling enquiries efficiently and processing sales.
  • Taking a proactive approach to identify and drive opportunities for branch growth.
  • Leading the team and motivating them to meet and exceed all branch KPIs and performance targets.
  • Collaborating effectively with customers and the wider Wolseley network to uncover and act on business development opportunities.

This is a full time permanent position working 40 hours per week, hours will vary Monday – Friday between 7am – 5pm along with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am – 12pm.

  • Experience in sales or customer service role, with a passion for helping customers.
  • Plumbing and heating industry or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
  • Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supervising or supporting a team.
