Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and assisting customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Designing showroom layouts using CAD.
- Responding to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach to deliver outstanding service.
- Proactively generating sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.
- Maintaining a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
- Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features and matching products to customer needs.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
Working Hours: Full time, permanent – 40 hours per week. Monday – Friday 08:00‑17:00 and Saturday on a rota basis 08:00‑12:00.
