As a Warehouse Operative based in Aviemore, you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensure that all incoming deliveries comply with the delivery paperwork, handle discrepancies appropriately and put stock away in a timely manner in accordance with procedures.
- Picking and packing items to fulfil customer requirements which will involve manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets.
- Serve customers at trade counter, over the phone and via email.
- Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to local customers.
This is a Full Time permanent position working 42.50 hours a week, Monday to Friday 08.00am - 5.00pm and every other Saturday 08.00am - 12.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
- A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is essential.
- Previous industry experience would be beneficial.
- Willingness to jump from job to job to meet business needs.
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to handle a physically demanding job.
