As an Administrator based in Darlington, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Answering all internal and external queries by phone and email.
  • Supporting Warehouse and Transport teams with admin tasks, including booking drivers and handling delivery or transport queries.
  • Managing ordering tasks such as consumables, uniforms, pump trucks and RF kit swap‑outs.
  • Handling supplier queries and updating the relevant teams.
  • Contacting branches each week to gather and share feedback on FC performance.

The role is full-time, working 37.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday - 10am - 6pm.

  • Understanding of warehouse or logistics operations.
