Salary & Benefits: £25,652.88 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits. Responsibilities:
- Serve customers on the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations.
- Handle customer enquiries via phone and email efficiently, courteously, and with a can‑do attitude.
- Call down‑trading, dormant and new customers.
- Help with all branch housekeeping tasks.
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries, and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch.
Work Hours & Schedule: This full‑time, permanent role works 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm. One Saturday morning (8 am – 12 noon) per week is paid as overtime.
Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a sales, customer‑facing or customer service role is essential. Merchant or industry experience is desirable but not essential, as training can be provided.
