As a Senior Category Manager based in Warwick you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the development of a cross functional category plan for a number of categories, which includes long-term development strategies in order to deliver the appropriate market position and agreed KPI’s
- Accountability for the leadership of the Category management matrix team. This may include people development, coaching, sharing best practise and succession planning in order to deliver a culture of continuous personal improvement
- Overall accountability for the creation and management of strategic supplier relationships
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain & Operations teams to implement Category strategies and tactics
- Accountability for all Category supplier terms negotiations
This role is full time, 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday: 08:00-17:00
