Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers, service engineers and sales teams regarding air conditioning systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex product or installation issues, both remotely and on‑site.
  • Maintain in‑depth knowledge of air conditioning products, including VRV/F systems, split units and chillers.
  • Conduct site visits (pre and post‑sales) and liaise with suppliers and manufacturers for technical queries, product updates and training.

This is a permanent, full‑time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00 with a one‑hour break. No weekend work is required.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HVAC or air conditioning technical support or engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems and control technologies.
  • Good computer and IT skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
