Part‑time Role – Monday – Friday – 8.00am – 1.00pm

Responsibilities:
- Managing the front desk and being the first point of contact for all employees, visitors, clients and suppliers
- Answering the phones and transferring calls to the appropriate department
- Notifying employees when visitors have arrived
- Managing the facilities inbox, responding and forwarding emails where appropriate
- Overseeing the car park booking system
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with staff and visitors, approachable and friendly
- Understanding of GDPR and confidentiality
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Confidence managing the parking booking system
This is a part‑time, permanent role working 20 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 1.00pm. We look forward to receiving your application!
