Responsibilities:
- Managing a ledger of customers, negotiating prices with customers and suppliers where necessary.
- Providing quotes and processing customer orders.
- Serving on the trade counter when required.
- Responding to customer phone calls and emails, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm or 7am - 4pm.
Qualifications:
- Civil and Utility industry experience would be advantageous - understanding of suppliers, products and customers.
- Previous experience working in a sales/customer-facing environment with strong telephone skills.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- IT literate.
