Responsibilities
- Co‑coordinate the delivery of goods once the order has been placed.
- Manage all purchase order issues and confirm dates that may prevent the progress of an order to the client’s requirements.
- Proactively communicate with the client or the client’s representative throughout the journey of the order – updating on progress when required.
- Carry out daily checks on My Active Documents to ensure that all new orders are dealt with and existing deliveries are correct and running smoothly.
