Responsibilities- Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
- Drive a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies to our customers.
- Build rapport with customers and suppliers, respond to queries over the phone or email, and process sales.
- Perform general warehouse duties including goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders, and merchandising.
This is a full‑time permanent position working 41.5 hours a week: Monday to Thursday 08:00‑17:00, Friday 08:00‑16:00, with alternate Saturdays 09:00‑13:00 paid as overtime.
Qualifications- Full UK manual driving licence is essential.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or warehouse.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn, including completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
- A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.
