Responsibilities

  • Serve customers on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge.
  • Build rapport with customers & suppliers, respond to queries via phone or email, and process sales.
  • Perform general warehouse duties including goods in & out, filling paperwork, picking and packing customer orders, and merchandising.

This is a full‑time permanent position working 41.5 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–16:00. Alternate Saturdays 09:00–13:00 paid as overtime.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, or warehouse.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn, including completion of necessary training (forklift licence training will be provided).
  • A strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.
  • Full UK manual driving licence is beneficial.
