Based in Stamford, you’ll be responsible for:
- Management of all day to day aspects of branch operations adhering to company policies and procedures
- Leading, developing and inspiring the great team to provide exemplary customer service and deliver on all branch KPIs and targets
- Focusing on sales and growth and building excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Instilling a culture of high standards, quality and safety within the branch
- Customer acquisition and driving sales growth by leading from the front
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week.

- A solid background in management in the trade sector
- Proven leadership and management experience

- A strong track record in sales & operational excellence within a customer facing environment
