As a 3.5T Delivery Van Driver based in Sittingbourne you’ll be responsible for:
- Driving a 3.5T van to deliver plumbing and heating supplies mainly within an 80‑mile radius of the branch.
- The number of deliveries will vary day to day from 10 to 30 mainly to new‑build construction sites but also residential customers and other businesses.
- Carrying out vehicle checks.
- Loading and unloading deliveries, which involves manual handling of heavy items such as boilers, radiators, toilets and sinks.
- Assisting in the warehouse if back from deliveries early with unloading stock, picking & packing orders, stock checks and general tidying.
This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 07:00am – 04:00pm (with flexibility). No weekend work required.

- Full clean UK Manual Driving Licence.
- Previous multi‑drop driving experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with PDA devices.
- To be a team player who is happy to assist in the warehouse to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
