Responsibilities:
- Leading, developing and motivating a small team within the showroom
- Dealing with customers in the showroom on a face‑to‑face basis, as well as via phone and email
- Understanding customers’ needs and wants for their bathrooms
- Suggesting products, styles, and colours to suit the customers
- Completing designs and quotes for customers
- Building relationships with trade customers to guarantee future sales
- Seeing all processes through from start to finish and dealing with any after‑sales issues that may arise
Role Details:
This is a full‑time permanent role, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Saturday 09:00‑17:30 with a day off in lieu.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous bathroom showroom knowledge would be great but not necessary as training will be provided
- Previous experience leading a team
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results and providing great customer satisfaction
- Creative ability to plan/design bathrooms
- Ability to discuss a customer’s ideas, describe products, identify opportunities for extra sales and match products to the customer needs
