Responsibilities
- Full account management of branch owned accounts
- Working in partnership with branch operations teams to achieve operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities and provide outstanding customer service.
- Developing plans to drive activity and sales in the short- and long term whilst operating in a manner that is consistent with the wider objectives of the sales function and the values of Wolseley.
- Building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley to develop a wide network of contacts and to ensure business development opportunities are identified and converted.
Qualifications
- Strong sales / business development experience
- Self driven & motivated to achieve sales targets
- Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers / clients
- Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or a merchant role is beneficial, though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided.
