As a Property Administrator based in Ripon, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Processing high volumes of invoices, statements and property-related payments using a variety of systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Monitoring and managing a centralised inbox, handling landlord correspondence directly or redirecting it to the appropriate internal teams
  • Updating systems with lease information, rental details, property costs, and payment records
  • Liaising with landlords, solicitors, and internal property teams to ensure accurate data, timely payments, and smooth operational workflows

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm.

Requirements:

  • To be confident using Excel, with the ability or willingness to learn how to use VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and other data-handling tools
  • Strong attention to detail and an inquisitive approach, to question invoice accuracy and challenge discrepancies with landlords when needed
  • Proven ability to manage high volumes of administrative work, stay organised, and meet strict payment deadlines
  • Property or lease-related experience is desirable
  • Undergraduate degree or administrative experience
