Job Summary: Full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week (Mon‑Fri, 8am‑5pm). Responsible for quotation and tender support, customer contact, supplier liaison, pricing accuracy, and workload prioritisation.
Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for Bassetts commercial customers regarding quotations and tenders.
- Provide estimating support to the sales team and customers.
- Collaborate with suppliers to obtain contract support, track new products and price updates.
- Assist with correct pricing, contract support, and prioritising workload.
- Receive pricing/tender enquiries from customers and the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the plumbing & heating merchant industry is beneficial.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in IT, numeracy, and analytical skills.
- Driving licence is beneficial.
