Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in the bathroom showroom, identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products.
- Design showroom layouts using CAD system.
- Respond to customer queries via phone and email with a proactive, friendly approach, delivering outstanding service.
- Proactively generate sales leads to drive new business opportunities for the showroom.
- Maintain a clean, organised showroom that showcases our product range in the best possible way.
This is a part‑time, permanent role working 20 hours per week. Work pattern can be discussed at interview. Every other Saturday from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm is paid as overtime.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the industry or a showroom environment is beneficial but not essential – full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on achieving results and delivering excellent customer service.
- Confidence in discussing customer ideas, explaining product features, and matching products to customer needs.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Basic computer literacy.
