As a Regional Account Manager you’ll be responsible for:

  • Full account management of branch owned accounts
  • Working in partnership with branch operations teams to achieve operational excellence, maximise sales opportunities and provide outstanding customer service
  • Developing plans to drive activity and sales in the short‑and long term whilst operating in a manner that is consistent with the wider objectives of the sales function and the values of Wolseley
  • Building excellent working relationships with customers and other teams within Wolseley to develop a wide network of contacts and to ensure business development opportunities are identified and converted
  • Demonstrating strong values‑based behaviour, and instil a culture of high standards and quality in all dealings with customers and branch colleagues

And Here’s What We’d Like You To Have:

  • Strong sales / business development experience
  • Self‑driven & motivated to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with customers / clients
  • Experience in the plumbing and heating industry or a merchant role is beneficial, though not essential as comprehensive training will be provided
