As an Operations Data Analyst you will be based in our Chesterfield customer fulfilment centre, working Mon to Fri, 8am-5pm.
What youβll be doing in this role
- Analyse data from systems like Warehouse Management Systems, ERP, Hire Systems and operational tools, spotting trends and supporting decision-making.
- Create and improve dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics.
- Work with teams across operations and continuous improvement to support projects and process improvements.
- Automate reporting, maintain data accuracy, and provide support on systems and processes.
What weβre looking for
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, ideally within warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment, with strong Excel and SQL skills.
- Confident using BI tools such as Power BI and comfortable working with a variety of systems and data structures.
- Skilled at handling multiple data sources and presenting complex insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, a collaborative approach, and a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
