Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales office, drive branch performance, and manage the in‑branch sales team of two
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring excellent service
  • Manage your own customer ledger, analyse Power BI sales reports to identify growth opportunities, and oversee onboarding and customer visits
  • Conduct performance reviews, 1:1s, recruitment, and provide cover for the Branch Manager when required

Qualifications:

  • Industry knowledge in a civil or merchant background is essential
  • A strong sales background with proven ability to build lasting customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to team and customer engagement
  • Ambitious and ready to step up into a management role

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm. We look forward to receiving your application!
