Role:
As a Credit Controller based in Milton Keynes, you’ll be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers to control, reduce, and maintain debt risk
- Working within set measures, KPIs and objectives assigned individually and to the team
- Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience and driving query resolution to enable free cash flow into the business
Full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.30am – 5.00pm.
Qualifications:
- Prior credit control experience essential
- High level of cash collections – documenting all call activity, including payment promises and all queries
- Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders and build strong relationships
- Demonstrated problem-solving knowledge
- Tenacious and flexible approach to daily role
