Role:

As a Credit Controller based in Milton Keynes, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing and new customers to control, reduce, and maintain debt risk
  • Working within set measures, KPIs and objectives assigned individually and to the team
  • Ensuring systems are updated with call, payment promise and query information to maintain accurate account history
  • Delivering a high-quality customer experience and driving query resolution to enable free cash flow into the business

Full-time role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08.30am – 5.00pm.

Qualifications:

  • Prior credit control experience essential
  • High level of cash collections – documenting all call activity, including payment promises and all queries
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate with financial and non-financial stakeholders and build strong relationships
  • Demonstrated problem-solving knowledge
  • Tenacious and flexible approach to daily role
