Technical Sales Engineer – South of England – Field Based

Full-time, permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sustainable sales growth and profitability by developing new business opportunities for air conditioning and heat pump products
  • Develop and grow existing accounts to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Conduct 8–12 customer meetings per week where feasible
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive engagement
  • Produce accurate and timely monthly sales forecast
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or a technical sales role
  • Technical aptitude or experience within the HVAC/Heat Pump industry
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel regularly, including occasional overnight stays
