As a Sales Assistant based in our Fareham branch you’ll be responsible for:
- Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
- Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value
- Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
- General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders
This is a full time, 40 hour permanent role - Monday to Friday between 7:30am - 4:30pm.

- Knowledge in plumbing & heating is beneficial
- Proven experience in a face to face sales/customer service position
- Great communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Great team player and willing to support in all areas of the branch
