- As a Technical Sales Advisor based in Brimsdown you’ll be responsible for:
- Providing sales and expert advice from a technical view.
- Processing customer orders whether that is over the phone or email.
- Building strong relationship with customers and searching for new business by making proactive sales calls.
- Working closely with external sales team.
This role is full time, permanent position, office based role, working Monday to Friday, rotating shift pattern 07:30am - 16:30pm with 1hrs break and then following week 08:00am - 17:00pm with 1hrs break.
No weekend work required.

- Technical knowledge on Pipe and Climate products or merchant experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Experience working with trade counter/front facing - essential
- Proven experience in sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer interactions.
- Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
- Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
