Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations.
  • Handling customer enquiries via phone and email with a positive, proactive attitude, building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Carrying out general warehouse duties, including picking and packing customer orders and unpacking stock to be booked in on our system and put away in the warehouse.
  • Merchandising displays to a high standard in the branch.

Working pattern

This is a full time, permanent role - Monday to Friday between 07:30am - 4:30pm and Saturdays when required, 08:00am - 12:00pm (paid as overtime).
