Location: Warwick or Ripon – Technology

Salary: Up to £30,000 (Dependent on Experience) + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with B2B customers across the business to implement process improvements using our digital tools and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact while integrating them with our digital solutions.
  • Propose and implement solutions that enhance customer experience and improve loyalty upon integration.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales and IT teams to adhere to agreed timelines and project plans.

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. The role offers flexible hybrid working and requires you to be in the office 1–2 days per week.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in a digital role or environment.
  • Knowledge of electronic file and data transfer methods and protocols such as EDI, SFTP, or API – a valuable asset.
  • Confidence in interacting with customers to build effective relationships.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, clear communication, teamwork, and a genuine enthusiasm for learning and personal growth.
  • Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
