Delivery Coordinator - Dartford, Kent – CP Hart – Fixed Term Contract Up to 9 Months

Responsibilities

• Co‑coordinate the delivery of goods once an order has been placed.
• Manage all purchase order issues and confirmation dates that may prevent the progress of an order to the client’s requirements.
• Proactively communicate with the client or client’s representative throughout the journey of the order – updating on progress when required.
• Carry out daily checks on My Active Documents to ensure that all new orders are dealt with and existing deliveries are correct and running smoothly.

This is a fixed term contract (up to 9 months), full‑time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:30 with 30 min break, no weekend work required.

Qualifications
