Customer Service Assistant – Milton Keynes

Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for customers for any query resolution through various channels, delivering a high level of customer service.
- Take inbound and outbound calls efficiently, ensuring customer service levels are maintained.
- Have a full understanding of stock movements and deliveries from ourselves and manufacturers.
This is a full‑time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am – 5:30pm.

- Experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing role.
- Confident and outgoing when speaking to customers.
- Computer literate and experienced using Microsoft Office.
- Previous call centre/similar role experience would be advantageous.
