Location: Cumbernauld, Scotland

Hours: Full time, 40 hours/week: Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–16:00.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the contracts office: handle customer calls and emails, raise quotations, process purchase orders.
  • Serve customers face-to-face at the Trade Counter.
  • Build and maintain relationships with trade customers to secure future sales.
  • Perform general warehouse duties: book incoming stock, store items, pick and pack customer orders (manual handling of heavy items).

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Industry or plumbing knowledge is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with customers and suppliers.
  • Proactive team player willing to support all branch areas when required.
  • Willingness to learn and an enthusiastic approach.
