You’ll be responsible for:
- Answering the phones and managing a busy centralised inbox.
- Managing customer enquiries and speaking with the wider hire network across the business.
- Liaising with Engineers and Transport Managers to ensure customer deliveries go out on time.
- Writing and following up with quotes for customers.
- Raising hire contracts and terminating contracts in the system, ensuring all contracts are up to date.
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00 am – 5.00 pm.
