Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with detailed specifications and accurate quotations based on their needs
  • Plan, organise, and coordinate sales and delivery to ensure an excellent customer experience
  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities, receive customer enquiries and convert them into successful sales
  • Maintain high standards of showroom merchandising, ensuring products are well stocked and presented at all times
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5pm along with every other Saturday morning 8:30am – 12noon, paid as over time.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a sales environment preferably within the bathroom industry
  • Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets in a previous role
  • Capable of effectively prioritising and managing several projects at once
  • Confident, outgoing personality with a customer‑focused approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, driven, and professional
