As a Contract Manager based in Cardiff you’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing and driving our infrastructure agenda and objectives via SPOC
  • Managing one of our key accounts, being a point of escalation by supporting the team and our customers
  • Setting and driving immediate and long-term priorities
  • Creating and maintaining cross-functional relationships with Category Management/ E-Solutions & Multichannel/Branch network/Business
  • Managing and maintaining multi-level relationships with Key Account Managers, Department Managers, Supplier Representatives and Customers

This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm

  • To be self-motivated and able to build and maintain relationships with our customers
  • Technical knowledge of utilities or water would be beneficial
  • To be analytical and have a hands on approach
  • A background of Account Management or Sales would be beneficial
