As a Branch Manager based in Moreton , you’ll be responsible for:

  • Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Leading, developing and motivating our great team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction and promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement
  • Focusing on sales and growth and implement strategies to grow the business and increase profitability
  • Providing excellent customer service, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Industry experience – Trade / Plumbing and Heating
  • Proven experience in a Branch Manager role
  • We will also consider taking on an Assistant Branch Manager looking for their 1st Branch Manager role
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on sales growth
  • Ability to manage, develop and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.

This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week
