As a Branch Manager based in Moreton , you’ll be responsible for:
- Management of all day to day aspects of running the branch adhering to company policies and procedures
- Leading, developing and motivating our great team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction and promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork and continuous improvement
- Focusing on sales and growth and implement strategies to grow the business and increase profitability
- Providing excellent customer service, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Industry experience – Trade / Plumbing and Heating
- Proven experience in a Branch Manager role
- We will also consider taking on an Assistant Branch Manager looking for their 1st Branch Manager role
- Strong business acumen with a focus on sales growth
- Ability to manage, develop and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week
