Job Overview

Competitive salary + bonus + excellent benefits. Full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 08:00–17:00.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and exceeding customers’ expectations regarding service and delivery, as well as capitalising upon any available sales opportunities.
  • Stock related duties, such as helping load and unload vehicles, picking and packing customer orders, and putting away deliveries ensuring products are allocated to the correct areas.
  • Various customer related tasks as requested by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

  • Previous merchant/industry experience would be advantageous.
  • Positive attitude and confident speaking to people.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
