Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling written responses to tender questions, aligning with customer requirements and bid specifications, across varying bid sizes and complexities.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and the sales team, lead content meetings to gather insights and ensure responses reflect the full value proposition.
  • Analyze bid documentation and structure responses, interpreting client briefs and planning tailored answers that showcase our offering effectively.
  • Manage multiple bids simultaneously, incorporate feedback, refine content, and submit final responses via designated portals.

Full‑time role details

This is a full‑time, 12‑month fixed term contract role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm, with 2 days working from home.

Qualifications / Desired skills

  • Creative mindset with strong writing skills, capable of producing engaging and persuasive content tailored to customer needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a keen interest in technology and digital tools – experience with Copilot is desirable.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and clarity across all written responses.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in writing, such as prior bid writing roles or a degree in English Language or Literature.
