Responsibilities:- Serving customers behind the trading counter, providing exceptional customer service at all times
- Managing enquiries via the phone and email
- Promoting sales in the business
- Working as a team to hit branch target
This is a full‑time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
Qualifications:- Trade sales experience is desirable
- Customer service experience
- To be confident speaking to customers over the phone
