As a **Warehouse Operative** based in **Ayr**, you’ll be responsible for: * General warehouse duties including picking & packing customer orders, unpacking and putting away deliveries which involves manual handling of heavy items e.g. boilers, sinks, radiators, and toilets and ensuring high standards are maintained in the branch* Assisting customers at the trade counter by identifying their requirements and providing product recommendations* Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude* Delivering plumbing and heating supplies to our customers in the local area when the main driver is on holiday This is a full time, permanent role working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday between 08:00am - 5.00pm. **And here’s what we’d like you to have:** * Previous experience in a busy warehouse environment* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn, including the completion of necessary training* Full UK manual driving license is essential **We look forward to receiving your application!** #J-18808-Ljbffr
