Role Overview
As an Administrator based in Darlington, you’ll be responsible for:
- Answering all internal and external queries by phone and email.
- Supporting Warehouse and Transport teams with admin tasks, including booking drivers and handling delivery or transport queries.
- Managing ordering tasks such as consumables, uniforms, pump trucks and RF kit swap‑outs.
- Handling supplier queries and updating the relevant teams.
- Contacting branches each week to gather and share feedback on FC performance.
The role is full‑time, working 37.5 hours a week – Monday to Friday - 10am - 6pm.
Qualifications
- Good numeracy, literacy and attention to detail.
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.
