What you will do:

  • Coordinate all required information for the preparation of final submittals, including plans, drawings and other documents to both end customers and vendors.
  • Interpret customer requirements, match products to customer specifications and drawings.
  • Ensure quote is technically compatible by communicating with other departments and staff to determine and clarify project requirements.
  • Use technical knowledge to prepare quotation packages based on the product content and material type.
  • Field customer inquiries.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships to ensure timely response.
  • Gather required data for quote preparation.
  • Build and maintain pricing measurements for decision making processes.
  • Maintain various databases and project plans.

What you will bring:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with strong business and customer service background preferably in a technical or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office products. Intermediate level Excel skills required.
  • Sales quotation background a plus.
  • Excellent communications, time management and organization skills are essential to success.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills are key.
  • Must be patient, highly organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
