  • Experience every side of the business through structured rotations in Warehouse, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, and Operations — giving you a well-rounded foundation for long-term success
  • Grow your expertise by participating in interactive training sessions, targeted workshops, and personalized mentoring that build your confidence and capability in sales
  • Complete a blend of online and hands-on learning designed to sharpen your skills and accelerate your development

  • Post Secondary Diploma / Degree in a relevant discipline: Civil Engineering, Business (Supply Chain / Commerce / Marketing), Trades (Plumbing / HVAC / Construction), Humanities (Psychology / Sociology)

  • Results-oriented attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Sales experience such as retail or wholesale considered an asset

  • Must hold a valid driver's license with access to a vehicle
