With store conversions, a refreshed customer experience and plans to grow to 700 stores, we’re building strong teams now to lead the change. Wollongong is part of that journey, and we’re looking for a hands-on Retail Assistant Store Manager to help drive it forward.
In this role, you’ll support the Store Manager to lead the team, bring energy and purpose to every shift, and help create a store culture that puts people first. You’ll be actively involved in day-to-day operations, championing excellence across stock, standards and service, while helping build a team that’s ready to deliver great results and embrace what’s ahead.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Store Manager to lead by example, delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong team engagement.
- Take a hands-on role in managing store operations, merchandising, and driving performance against sales targets.
