We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Lawyer to join our dispute resolution team.
Wollens is a dynamic and successful Devon-based firm. It has shown exceptional growth over the past few years and is now one of the largest practices in the Devon and Somerset area. It has ambitious plans, and this opportunity is perfect for a bright and committed lawyer to make a mark in a vibrant firm and department.
We are looking for someone to join us in the area of Property Litigation. This is an amazing opportunity to work alongside one of our senior lawyers who is an expert in this field in our South Devon office, with an opportunity to move between offices as required. Depending on the experience of the successful candidate, this opportunity could be based at one of our other offices in Exeter and/or North Devon.
This is an exciting opportunity for both newly qualified solicitors and experienced practitioners who are keen to further their career in property litigation. You will be responsible for advising clients on a range of property disputes, including commercial and residential matters, landlord and tenant issues, boundary disagreements, and rights of way concerns.
Role will also include:
- Working closely with clients to resolve property-related disputes effectively and efficiently.
- Managing a varied caseload with support from senior colleagues.
- Drafting legal documents, preparing for hearings, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings.
You will be a qualified solicitor / legal executive (NQ or above), with an interest or experience in property litigation, strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
